    Sales and Development Manager – Europe

     

    Fletcher Leisure Group, the leading supplier of the Sunice technical performance product range and the Tommy Hilfiger Golf Collection is seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the sales team and deliver substantial growth for its brands.

     

    Working closely with the Managing Director, the SDM will be tasked with managing a diverse sales team, identifying opportunities in each respective European market and establish a thorough understanding of the product, sales and marketing requirements for existing and emerging markets within Europe (as defined).

     

    By liaison with the sales representatives in each market the SDM will be fundamentally responsible for the creation of individual business plans, by market and then working closely with the relevant internal parties and respective distributor partners to ensure delivery of those plans.

     

    Accountability / Measurability

     

    Ultimately the SDM will be responsible for the delivery of:-

                Sales growth in line with company goals

                Market share growth

                Establishing product requirements by market

                Business plans including marketing campaigns

                Promotional Programmes

     


    THE CANDIDATE

    Along with a proven track record of sales management and development in the golf industry, you will also have demonstrated the ability to deliver individual market development plans. These attributes will be coupled with a verified record of sales achievement, with considerable sales experience in a B2B environment. 

     

    The key to success in this role will be through very strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must have the skill to influence, negotiate and present at all levels. Written and verbal communication skills are a must and knowledge of Microsoft Office essential. Desirable essentials include a second language and a keen interest in golf.
